Our headquarters is located at #2471 Main St Suite #1, Chula Vista, CA 91911. Our main service center is located at 1739 Palm Ave, San Diego, CA 92154.
We service most passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks (under 10,000 lbs). We do not service heavy-duty commercial vehicles or motorcycles.
Yes! All our technicians are ASE-certified and undergo regular training to stay up to date with modern vehicle technology.
We use high-quality OEM-equivalent parts unless you specifically request OEM. All parts come with a 90-day warranty.
We don’t install customer-supplied parts due to warranty and liability concerns. We guarantee the quality and fit of all parts we install.

Membership Plans

We offer two membership plans: the Personal Plan for $24.99 per month and the Personal Premium Plan for $39.99 per month.
Essential starts at $24.99/month, and Premium at $39.99/month. Pay for the full year upfront and save 1 month of membership.
Yes, you can add up to 4 vehicles per account. This limit is in place for now, but we may expand it in the future.
While you must sign up for a membership to access our services, we offer flexible membership options that give you exclusive benefits, including discounts and priority scheduling.
Your number of roadside assistance uses depends on your plan. Each plan includes a set number of yearly uses, which you can view in your plan details.
Yes, to ensure uninterrupted benefits. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Billing & Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and Apple/Google Pay.
No setup fees. No cancellation fees. Ever.
We’ll email you and retry in 3 days. If it fails again, your membership benefits will be paused until payment is updated.
Membership fees are non-refundable, but unused service credits (e.g., prepaid oil changes) can be transferred or refunded upon request.
No, we currently do not offer payment plans or financing options for repairs. All repair services must be paid in full at the time of service.
There are no taxes on your monthly subscription. However, taxes will apply only to parts, not labor, as required by California law.
You can update your payment details directly through our Stripe-powered billing portal. Simply log in to your account and go to Billing to access the Stripe payment settings. If you need help, our support team can assist you.

Membership & Eligibility

A "mature" account is required to access major repairs like engine or transmission swaps. Your account becomes mature after 3 active months on a monthly plan, or instantly with an annual plan. This policy helps keep pricing fair for all members. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
With a yearly (annual) subscription, your account is considered "mature" immediately—so you’re eligible for major repairs like engine and transmission swaps from day one. Monthly plans require 3 active months before eligibility. Learn more in our Terms of Service.

Membership Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
Your cancellation becomes effective immediately after the request is successfully processed. You will continue to have access to services until the end of your current billing period.
No. Once your subscription is canceled, no future charges will be applied. However, any charges already processed before cancellation are considered valid.
Refunds are generally not provided for charges that were processed while the subscription was active. However, in some cases, we may be able to assist if the refund request is made within a short period after the charge (typically within 2–3 days).
Yes. Refund requests should be made within a few days of the charge. Requests made after a longer period (e.g., 10–15 days or more) may not be eligible due to banking and processing limitations.
If the subscription was not canceled before the billing date, the charge will still be processed. We recommend canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

We offer a wide range of services, including oil changes, brake repair, tire services, diagnostics, engine/transmission repair, AC service, fluid flushes, electrical work, full engine and transmission swaps, check engine light diagnostics, tune-ups, ECU programming, and more.
For most routine services (oil, tire rotation, inspections), yes! Major repairs may require parts ordering.
Typically 30–45 minutes. Members get express lane access—often done in under 30 minutes.
We currently do not offer loaner vehicles. However, we can assist with recommendations for rental options at a discounted rate.
We’ll contact you immediately with a detailed explanation and estimate. No work is done without your approval.
Yes! We offer a 90-day or 3-month warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first. We stand by the quality of our work and will make sure you’re satisfied.
Absolutely! Our waiting area includes Wi-Fi, coffee, charging stations, and more.
We cover all of San Diego County. However, additional charges or limitations may apply depending on your membership plan. Please refer to your plan details for specific coverage information.

Roadside Assistance

Average response is under 45 minutes in San Diego County. Wait times may increase during extreme weather or peak hours.
No. Roadside assistance cannot be used for a friend’s vehicle. Your membership is tied to you as the member and the vehicle information listed on your account.
Currently, we do not offer services for electric vehicles. Our roadside assistance is available for traditional gas-powered vehicles only.
Our primary coverage area is San Diego County. For areas outside of San Diego, roadside assistance is available within a 50-mile radius, but please contact us in advance to confirm coverage and any additional charges that may apply.
