These Terms govern your use of Owl-Let — Trusted Auto Repair & Fleet Memberships. Owl-Let provides automotive repair services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
No hidden fees or surprise clauses—just honest service.
90-day warranty on all repairs and transparent policies.
Cancel anytime—no tricks, no penalties beyond your billing cycle.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and either the owner or an authorized representative of the vehicle(s) enrolled in our services. Fleet or commercial vehicles require a separate business agreement.
2. Services & Membership Benefits
Our membership plans (Personal, Premium) include:
- Free or discounted routine maintenance (oil, filters, tire rotation)
- 24/7 roadside assistance: towing (up to 10 miles), battery jump, lockout help
- Priority booking, express service lanes, and digital service tracking
- Complimentary multi-point inspections with every visit
Benefits apply only to registered vehicles and are non-transferable. Full details are available on our website.
3. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We use secure processors (e.g., Stripe) and never store full credit card numbers.
- If payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry within 3 days. Continued failure may suspend benefits.
- You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—no partial refunds.
- Pricing changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All repair and maintenance work is covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
Services are otherwise provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., rental car costs, lost wages)
- Damage from pre-existing conditions, accidents, or improper vehicle use
- Delays due to parts shortages, weather, or third-party vendors
5. Account Responsibility & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate vehicle and contact information
You agree not to misuse our services (e.g., fraudulent claims, abusive behavior, or automated scraping). Violations may result in account termination.
6. Your Core Benefits & Our Fair Protection Promise
We Make Exactly $0 on Parts — You Only Pay True Dealer Cost
Every single part — whether it comes from a franchise dealer, your local auto parts store, or even a brand-new engine or transmission — is billed to you at the exact price we pay. Owl-Let makes zero profit on parts. And best of all, you choose the parts for your vehicle.
This is one of the biggest reasons our members save thousands compared to traditional shops.
Major Repairs (Engine, Transmission, etc.)
Your account becomes mature once you're eligible for major repairs. You can reach maturity in one of two ways:
- Monthly plans: mature automatically after 3 active months
- Annual plans: mature immediately on day one (or right after upgrading)
Your account unlocks major-repair eligibility after 3 months of active membership.

Our Promise to Keep Things Fair for Everyone
These rules exist solely to protect honest members and keep pricing as low as possible for the entire community. In rare situations where something doesn’t look right, we may pause an account while we review it.
If you ever feel something wasn’t handled fairly, just contact us — we’ll personally review it and make it right, including waiving any fees if we made a mistake.
99.9% of members never encounter these protections — everyone is here for the same reason: honest, long-term savings.
7. Re-activation Policy & Permanent Vehicle Restrictions
The rules below apply when a membership ends — whether cancelled by you, due to non-payment, or terminated by Owl-Let for any reason (including breach of these Terms).
Standard Re-activation
(regular cancellation or non-payment)
A one-time non-refundable $149.99 fee applies, and the vehicle (by VIN) becomes permanently ineligible for any future Owl-Let membership.
Fraud, Illegal Activity, or Serious Violation of Terms
If an account is terminated due to fraudulent claims, illegal activity, abuse of the program, or material breach of these Terms, both the account holder and all associated vehicles (by VIN) are permanently banned from ever re-joining Owl-Let under any circumstances. No re-activation is possible.
Good news — 30-day grace period (applies only to regular cancellations):
If you re-join within 30 days of a normal cancellation, the $149.99 fee is waived and the vehicle remains fully eligible. This grace period does not apply to terminations for fraud or violations.
All restrictions and fees are clearly displayed during any future sign-up attempt involving a previously enrolled VIN.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions).
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, software, designs) is owned by Owl-Let and protected by copyright laws.
8. Governing Law, Amendments & Entire Agreement
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County.
- We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or website notice.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
- These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Owl-Let.
